University Of Hull:

Hull Institution was founded in 1927, making it England's 14th oldest university. They offer the perfect combination of legacy and modern technology, setting them apart from most other universities, with a proud history of academic distinction and the creation and inspiration of life-changing research. In the Natwest 2018 Student Living Index, Hull has been crowned the UK's most inexpensive student city, and the single-site campus has everything students need.  The university's academic organisation is made up of four faculties that offer undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate degrees.

The University of Hull is a top-50 public research university in the United Kingdom. It is regarded as one of the greatest research and educational institutions in the world. They received a silver award from the Government's Teaching Excellence Framework. The University of Hull is extremely ambitious in the research agenda at Hull. Their seven research institutes serve as a nexus, bringing experts from throughout the university together. They serve as a focal point for the researchers as they collaborate with important partners and stakeholders to produce research that benefits everyone while also shaping and informing future policy. 

Programs in applied and environmental sciences, technology, and mathematics are available through the Faculty of Science and Engineering. Courses in education, social sciences, and the arts are available through the Faculty of Arts, Culture, and Education. Students can take courses in business management, finance, accounting, marketing, international relations, and law at the Faculty of Business, Law, and Politics. Medical, life sciences, and social work degree programmes are offered by the Faculty of Health Sciences.

The University of Hull offers a variety of awards, bursaries, and scholarships. There are eligibility requirements for each of the scholarships that must be met and it is largely based on academic performance or financial need. 

Chevening Scholarships are awarded to students who show promise as future leaders, decision-makers, or opinion-formers in their home countries. It is given to five foreign postgraduate teaching students from countries that qualify. The Commonwealth Scholarships Scheme covers tuition costs, living expenses, and other expenses for talented and motivated persons who wish to study at Hull. PhD scholarships are available, as well as support for students at every stage of their study. Many of the projects are transdisciplinary and involve industry involvement. Six students studying MSc Renewable Energy or MSc Flood Risk are eligible for Vice-Chancellor Circle Scholarships. They provide an International Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme that gives international students entering any undergraduate degree a discount of up to £3,500 each year.

They have spent £200 million on new facilities such as a world-class library, a fantastic health campus, a cutting-edge concert hall, on-campus student housing, and new sports facilities. The university's campus is located in a residential area in England's port city of Kingston upon Hull. Westfield Court, The Courtyard, and Taylor Court are the University's three principal accommodations, which provide on-campus housing for students. A number of cafeterias, restaurants, a nightclub, a book shop, a career service, an advising centre, and recreational facilities are also available on campus, with a new sports hall and gym.
