The University of Western Australia was founded in 1911 as a research university. In addition, UWA is Australia's sixth oldest university. the university of western Australia (UWA) is a globally recognised degree from a top 100 university that goes beyond the classroom & is also one of Australia's largest landowners. They offer students to go beyond the books to study at the bleeding edge of knowledge production from motivated professors with actual industry expertise and connections.   • The university of western Australia scholarship is available to high-achieving students from all around the world.
  • This substantial scholarship will be given to high-achieving undergraduate and postgraduate students from designated countries who apply to certain programmes at the University.
  • Undergraduate students can get scholarships worth up to AUD$48,000 over four years or AUD$36,000 over three years on qualifying programmes.
  • Postgraduate students can earn scholarships worth up to AUD$24,000 over two years on eligible courses. There are various post-graduate & research scholarships as well.

The university's campus is spread across 160 acres of land. UWA is located on the scenic Swan River banks in Perth, approximately five kilometres from the city's core business sector and close to Perth's renowned Kings Park. It includes vast art collections as well as theatre venues, in addition to a plethora of athletic, cultural, alumni, and social clubs. Within the university's grounds, students can find lodging. Furthermore, the campus is home to six major libraries, including the Reid Library, which is recognised as Australia's largest library. The libraries house an extensive collection of books and research papers.
