How to Cancel or Reschedule PTE Exam?

If you do not wish to take the PTE test, you can cancel or reschedule your test. This can be done from the official website of the PTE Academic Test. You can claim a refund 14 days before the test date. However, you have to pay fees for the same. More details about PTE exam cancellation 2023 can be found below.

PTE Rescheduling Fees

If you wish to reschedule your PTE exam within 7 to 14 days before the test date, you will get 50% of the total test fee of USD 167. You will not receive a refund if you reschedule your test just 7 days before the test. It should also be noted that the rescheduling policy does not include your test date.

Cancellation Fees

If you wish to cancel your PTE test date, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the same before 14 days of the test date. If you cancel your test 7 to 14 days before your test, you will receive a refund of 50%. Additionally, you will not receive a refund if you cancel within 7 days of the test date. It should be kept in mind that the rescheduling policy does not include your test date.

Late Fees

You can book for the PTE exam till 48 hours before the test time. The late fee comes to around LKR 2,736. However, it is advisable to check the official website of PTE to get updated information.
